A teacher's work is never done...

My sister is a primary school teacher and the amount of work she has to do is ridiculous! She works until 10.30/11pm on a week night and dedicates her Sunday's to marking and planning. I definitely do not want to become a teacher!

Yesterday's girly gathering ended in bickering between two of my friends and tears galore! At times like this I wish I had more boy mates as I just can't be dealing with the silliness. I carried on drinking my cider and having banter with Jess and I kept coming out with really stupid things like "this meat doesn't taste right, it doesn't taste human" when really I meant like an animal. I had the girls in fits of laughter all night, they love laughing at my stupidity.

I can't stop thinking about what happened to Fabrice Muamba yesterday and my thoughts go out to his family. It really is a horrible thing especially when he is so young. The same thing happened to a friend of mines friend during a football kick about not long ago and it was just horrible for those there at the time, but with fast thinking and reactions he survived thankfully. It really makes you appreciate life a lot more.

I also want to say Happy Mother's Day to my wonderful mom. I don't get to see her today as she went on holiday yesterday for a week but I have rang her today so it's all good :)
