Where did the water go?

We popped out to Fairhaven for an ice-cream in the Mothers Day sunshine and had a cracking view of southport across the estuary. It's on days like this you can almost understand why people think they can walk across - fortunately for the few idiots who try it each year we have a fantastic lifeboat service.
