Butterfly

Mother's Day offered a good reason to squeeze afternoon tea in between lunch and dinner - not that you need a reason for butterfly cakes, ever ;-)

Skyegirl is lurking in the background here (more keen on taking the photographs than being in them) and she captured our efforts too.

Not long now until dinner, normal Sunday service resumed - Mum in kitchen, Head Gardener and I reading the papers!
