Looking Down

The Cygnet and his parents called round this morning and there was an exchange of Mothering Sunday (not Mothers Day ........... that is an American thing and nothing to do with our holiday - for that is what it started out as) gifts.

SWMBO was given a plate with the Cygnets hand print fired into the glaze.

The Cygnets mother was given a butterfly decoration that he glued together the other day.

This mushroom/toadstool was at the end of the path at the front of the house when I was going out this afternoon.
I have removed the leaf in post production because it was stuck to the cap and was going to remove it if I pulled it away.
