Sticky Situation

Ever been in a sticky situation? My son found himself in one this morning.

I had given him constant reminders about Mother's Day all week. A busy social life and a memory like a sieve found him without a Mother's Day card or present this morning.

I knew this would happen so I'd made a card (in the best primary school teacher tradition) and bought a small gift for him to give to his Mum.

She was chuffed and didn't suspect anything. Phew!

Dads, eh? Where would we be without them?
