Glass

There's a very posh row of tenements round the corner that fill me with envy.
Loads of them still have original stained glass on the front doors and windows.

I tried to console myself with the thought that they may be rubbish inside but no - when I peer in (I love glimpsing into peoples' homes, not to see the people you understand, just to look at their room - I'm not a peeping tom) - they are just as beautiful; all grand pianos, William Morris wallpaper and Bugatti furniture. I hope they appreciate their lot!
