Mammmammmammmammm Day.

I've tried to write today's Blip about 8 times and I just couldn't get the words out. One version was full of schmaltzy sentiment, another was a lighthearted approach listing out my (quite frankly GORGEOUS) Mother's Day.

I think what I really want to say, though, is this:

Nobody else in the whole world will ever clutch onto your jeans and with wobbly determination stand on their own two little feet and look up at you with a look that is sincere, loving, confident, trusting and mischievious all at the same time.

And you will never look down on anybody else's little face and feel such joy and love in your heart.

Being a Mummy is a gift. Being a mummy is the gift.
