Academia vs Industry!

Had a nice 40 min run this morning in the sun before going to work.

At the group meeting this morning the following issue came up:
Academia vs Industry - there are definitely stereotypes.
Question: Do scientist have the social skills of a bread? ;)
Yes, I know some of these! But I`m sure I am different (at least I hope so...)

One of my co-workers went to see a friends baby girl this weekend. Her comment: The child looks like her father. This means she looks ugly. ;o)
