Collecting pollen

I stopped off to photograph this wonderful plant this morning, which I remembered from last year. What I didn't realise was that it would be full of these little creatures busily going about their work. Some of them were so heavily laden with pollen that they could barely fly. Needless to say, it became a bit of a mild obsession getting a decent pic, but I'm fairly pleased with this one considering I didn't have the tripod.
