Blue Monday

I saw a smiling traffic warden this morning.

After my initial knee-jerk reaction to this quota-driven little jobsworth, I thought, no hang on a minute...here's a man who appears to be enjoying his job. I didn't see anyone else smiling this morning, so good for him!
Glad it wasn't my car he was dancing merrily around though.
