Tummy mothers day

My sis called to say lunch was at hers so I said I would bring pud. I was just going to buy something already made but when I got to the supamarket I decided I would do my own, baring in mind this was 11 am and lunch was at 1 pm!

Anyway, strawberry tarts, triffle, fresh fruit salad and choc meringues later my kitchen totally trashed we set off for lunch on time!

All went down with gusto after a very fine dinner and bottle (or two) of wine. A good day was had by all.
