Nothing more to say really, Inducted 3 new peeps into the department today - Think I done okay at playing boss - I think I miss being a manager (Ran a pub for a while in an almost past life)

Maybe I should go for being a boss person again, I am starting to feel the need to fix things directly - Or am I happy just going along with things as they are? Quite settled, decent wage & hours.

Today's shot is Auntie Kay doing the dishes (She beat me to it) - I chose it as I like the way the water splash looks like a huge diamond on her finger :)
