The calm before the storm!

We have had the big 'O' call today for two of our schools in the Federation - both to be inspected on the same days by two separate teams! They did this to us before - it is like they are still trying to catch Federations out! It means that by Thursday all 5 schools in the Federation have been inspected in the past year! We still have the managed partnership school, where I am currently, to go. That school is due next term. I think it is a real testament to our Federation though, that we can go through 5 Ofsteds in a year and still be smiling at the end of it! All hands on deck though and then celebration on Thursday evening!
