It's a Winter aconite.

"This little plant is only about 10cm (4in) tall and begs to be grown en masse, preferably somewhere that gets the morning sun. A big carpet of them in a lawn is a fantastic and spirit-lifting sight."

Such a lovely find on a sunny walk!
