Unexpected visitor for Mothers day

Got a telephone call this evening from Erin who was in Manchester for the weekend. She was ushered to wrong train back to Scotland and ended up in Liverpool. Train company could not get her back to Aberdeen until next morning so she came up to Edinburgh.

Took the camera, tripod etc to get a shot in city centre, but there was a police incident around the station so got detoured and delayed. Ended up taking a quick photo when I got out the station.

Shona had to work Mothers day and broke all records for number of checks in one day :-). Hope she gets a bonus.......
