Ball day!

Today was the engineering ball! It was really good fun, there were loads of people I knew and everybody was dressed up and looked lovely. I took the day off work and went up to Edinburgh on the train via my house to pick up a bag and some shoes (and lunch) and got to Edinburgh in the afternoon. We had a few people over for drinks before going to the ball, where we had a champagne reception, a lovely meal and then a ceilidh to finish off the night.
