Where did they all go?

Went for a walk along the nearby cycle path today. There's this one section of the path that's always seemed a little scary - going through a dark patch of very tall trees. Today, same place, no trees.

A few weeks ago we had some very high winds and it seems it took most of the trees down. A little further down this path are several piles of logs, so I guess that's where they've all ended up.

Amazing what the weather can do at times.
