78/366 - I ? cake!

Mother's day today... I took Mum for her treat at Hey Little Cupcake! They do the yummiest cakes. They also do a classes, and had a specific Mother's Day one on. We baked cakes, scones, watched a jam demonstration and then decorated our cakes. Here is the product of my efforts (well one of them!). This cake has jam in the middle... yummy.

I am surprised I managed to decorate it as well as I did, given I treated Mum and I to a champagne cocktail beforehand so was a bit squiffy! LOL
