Daily Bread

Since discovering proper bread a few years ago, I have turned my back on Chorleywood bread. I only have to look at the long list of ingredients in a supermarket loaf to feel a little queasy. It doesn't need to be any more complicated than water, flour and yeast. But as they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating!
