I got a ride!!!!

Went for a walk today with Matthew my nephews partner. We talked lots about family and life. Its always fascinating to hear new stories. He told me that his grandad used to play for a jazz band, he played the saxophone, my favourite. we walked in the woods were I used to play as a kid. It brought back lots of memories of hours spent being carefree. We used to steal sausages from mums fridge and make fires so we could cook them on sticks. Ha ha!!!

We spent the rest of the afternoon going through all the music for my party. Matthew is Dj-ing for me. It was great fun choosing all my favourite dance tunes! Planning to play some 80's groove also. Eeekkkk hope it all goes ok. I get really nervous about the music side.

James has footie training tonight and I'm planning to read. Book club soon and I haven't really started the book. I'm getting g a real feeling of summer, must be these light evenings.
