Little Chef

Little Oliver Archer spent the first week of his life in the neonatal unit at West Suffolk Hospital after suffering a stroke at birth.

Despite this difficult start in life, he has gone on to amaze his parents with the recovery he has made and was signed off by the hospital after his first birthday.

His parents have decided to raise money for the hospital and the Stroke Association through the sale of "Oliver's Kitchen", a bright, family-friendly cookbook. Written from one-year-old Oliver's perspective, it celebrates simple home cooking while also telling Oliver's story and charting his recovery.

Here he is trying out some of his yummy cakes with Chef Nicky from the hospital.
