All grown up!

Little Miss's reading, writing and spelling is coming on leaps and bounds; today she was telling me about finger spaces and full stops.

As an incentive I treated her to a new pencil and pen. They come from a special range that encourages the right grip, and each one has an identical grip complete with a smiley face to let the child know they are holding it correctly. The difference between this range and the one that is available in the supermarket is that it includes a fountain pen with the same grip. I told Little Miss to expect one when her writing is good enough, so she decided to get practising straight away!
