Bricks, bricks, bricks

Went to visit one of the local brick manufacturers. This one had a 17 chamber kiln, with a big chimney in the centre. The chambers are fired in turn and there is a constant cycle of loading unfired bricks, firing, and unloading after firing. This photo is of one of the chambers being unloaded after firing. (For this project we will be procuring about 4 million bricks over the next 6 months!)
