New toy

This arrived the other day, one of those Wacom Inklings the ads for which made a bit of a splash about half-a-year ago and then disappeared in a puff of ennui when it was discovered that :

a. It isn't the magic peripheral that some deluded bods from the design community seemed to think it was going to be and

b. They didn't seem to exist at all - or at least seemed to be permanently out of stock.

Anyway, they do exist and while it's not magic, it's a lovely little thing for hoiking doodles scribbled on paper into Illustrator and Photoshop. Perhaps more toy than tool at this stage, but sod it, I think we're going to get along just fine.
