078_reservoir barrier

After 9/11, NYC decided that it didn't want terrorists blowing up this reservoir. Their solution was to close this road and spend a fortune on high tech barriers and booths. As a result, cars, school busses, and emergency vehicles have to travel several miles out of their way now. I guess the terrorists would have to walk, rather than ride, with their explosives.
