Macaroons?

The recipe for these was called 'Almond Macaroons'.
I don't really think they qualify as macaroons, and they certainly don't look like the ones I've been craving from Costa at work. However, you can't exactly ask Costa for the recipe for their biscuits.
They consist of ground almonds, sugar and egg white, so are just very, very sweet. Not really a bad thing, good to dip in coffee!!
