Biscuits

Back to school for the day, with a course all about baking with two collegues from work. As it was just three of us, we could go as quickly or slowly as we wanted. Actually we went very slowly, mainly because of our questions it took 1 1/2 hours to get through the first slide: "An introduction to Baked products", this did require quite a few tastings as well! Yum.

The conclusions, well in-conclusive, definately more product tasting required!

BTW DS, not all days are quite as much fun as the last week, I'm just making the most of it!
