Time Capsule??

No, I don't think so. In my work wanderings onto a building site today I noticed this - not a time capsule but more likely just a bored builder getting rid of his empty drink bottle in a mound of left over concrete. Unlikely to ever be found, in a few days it will be buried under fill and a new concrete floor slab!
