Back baby!

So I've been away a while. I got chicken pox and ended up in hospital.

But now im back and in my first trip to tesco since I left the hospital I have been seriously blessed.

The reduced counter was FULL of fresh organic lamb, duck and chicken for my freezer, and they had some great deals on organic veg too.

I came away with nearly twice this many peppers, but some of them are roasting under my grill right now, and three got eaten by the kids already.
