Erythronium

I don't grow many special plants in my garden, but I count this one as special and look forward to it flowering each year.
This is Erythronium tolumnense which is native to just west of the Rocky mountains-this species are alpine or sub-alpine. It is sometimes called Dogtooth Violet.
