Checking your consumption

As a Housing Officer I'll often get reports that people are no longer using their properties as their main and principle home, however, proving that and getting possession of the property is not as easy as you might think. One bit of evidence we will use is the consumption of utilities so you'll often find me with my head in a meter cupboard.

This one in a block of flats in Luton is nice and clean, usually they are outside covered in mould and cobwebs; good job I like creepy crawlies!
