How times have changed.

Had a fine game of badminton this evening with friends and colleagues. On the way to the gym I was discussing with an old friend how when we first met 14 years ago training shoes and going to the gym were what old square blokes did. My ponytail and yin and yang earring wouldn't have cut it. Middle age and mid life mid-drift spread creeps up on you.
