Debt

This is in the window of a local greeting card shop. I have no idea what the Bob Geldof connection is.
I have been meaning to blip it for ages and today took a quick snap as I walked home.
It was only when looking at it now i saw the list of 'debts owed to this shop' notice.
How bizarre is that? The top one V. Romanov is the owner of one of the local football teams.
Strange indeed.
