Hard work!

Today has been hard work from start to finish!!!

Somehow overlaying if only by 10 mins puts your whole day on the wrong foot! Followed by a broken down lorry induced traffic jam means by 9am I wished I'd stayed in bed. On the bright side a run and tbt class has made me ache which has stopped my brain working for a while, which isn't helping with putting my cadance counter on my bike ready for tomorrow night!
