This is how I feel today..

After spending a great weekend doing not much, it was back to reality with a vengeance.

Woke up with a horrible sore throat and a headache, and all day I've felt sort of disconnected with what's going on around me (at this point the wife will say "no change there then")

The work-load is intense at the moment - problems coming at me from all angles and through all sorts of media.

.......and now it's quiet and everybody's gone home and I can chill a little...ONCE I'VE ANSWERED THESE 30 FLIPPING E-MAiLS !!!!!!!

...and my throat still hurts.....
