Today it's my Dad's birthday! If anyone asks, he's not a day over twenty-one. He usually reads these, so happy birthday Dad! :)

The usual tradition on his birthday is for my sister and I to present him with a toblerone, which we will then consume on his behalf while he runs around getting ready for work. This year I'm at uni and couldn't have any of the toblerone we'd left for him, so I ate a creme egg in his honour instead.

I worked hard in the library again this morning, made a late lunch and then took a walk up to Roath Park with Lydia, who did an excellent impression of a swan. Later we ate noodles and watched When Harry Met Sally. Spoiler alert: they meet about two minutes in, but the rest of the film is good too.

Such a lovely day.
