Recently we've been given the task to try and focus on our self picture and help build each other's self esteem, this led to lots of little quotes springing up on the mirrors and the back of the loo door. One of my favourite ones is "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain"...
That's my thought for the day :)
