Chester is on a bit of a diet..... too many chewies and biscuits!!! He's not overweight as such, but being 3/4 Lab makes him prone to overeating and carrying a few extra pounds in later life, if we don't watch him now and he has definitely hit middle age now -whoever said that dogs are like their owners....or is that the other way round? ;-)

As soon as anyone is in the kitchen - where his biscuit tin is - he will sit and look cute....making it very difficult to ignore him. No biscuits for looking cute today though, just a blip and a few kind words!!

Having spent the day at the centre of excellence, looking longingly out of the window, wishing I was out there enjoying the sunshine, I managed to escape at a reasonable time but sod's law just as I got home the sun had gone in.....

The weather forecast for Saturday is looking promising.... Fingers crossed!!
