Nathan!

We love a ripping yarn in our house. Betsy and I have just finished reading The History Keepers which we both loved. It resulted in Betsy ressurecting her toy sword and us running about the garden throwing it to each other shouting, 'Nathan!' and 'Topaz!' to each other . (She was being Nathan, I was being Topaz).

One of the many things I have learned from Betsy is that boys toys are much more fun than girls toys. If only I'd been as smart as her and had swords and shields and exciting stuff, rather than wasting my time with my Tiny Tears or Girl's World.

Nathan! Topaz! Anyway, our enthusiasm for the game resulted in the sword breaking. Here she is celebrating my fixing it with gaffer tape.
