The team came back from their rural outreach today and rather than looking tired and dirty they all seemed quite chipper. Two weeks in the bush seems to have been a good thing and we are hearing great stories of their time reaching out to the local communities.

We lined up to welcome as the vehicles pulled into the base, Tony decided a rooftop flag wave would be a good thing! As much as I love the peace and quite while they are all away it is nice to have the place buzzing again with the people whom it is my purpose to serve and lead. Joy.
