A Lovely Boy

Introducing Travis. This handsome boy belongs to my agility trainer. She rescued him from a shelter when he was six months old. He'd been abandoned by a family because he wouldn't do as he was told & they said he was untrainable.
It turns out that Travis is deaf & by no means untrainable. He just needed someone who would take the time to learn how to communicate with him. Thankfully my trainer did just that & he's now 7 years old.
She trained him so well that he's also a whiz at agility.
Unfortunately he also developed epilepsy but still competes & is the most lovely natured dog. He's lucky that he found a loving home but they think they're lucky they found him.
