inspired by a drying wind

It's not often I feel inspired to hang out my washing. I just detest rushing to bring it in when a sudden shower has undone the drying process. Often - let's be honest - usually- I employ my tumble dryer and feel very guilty about the wasteful use of electricity.

But today, the weather was perfect, and remained so until all of my washing was indoors, and neatly folded. The sun and the wind worked together to produce a pile of soft, scented linen. No need for smelly chemicals or electricity.
