Shaping up

With any luck the spokes for the back wheel will come tomorrow and I can do that once I've finished my work. The replacement cables are in the post and all the old crap has been stripped off and binned. All the chrome has been buffed to a shine, including the wheels, which look lovely. I'm too used to seeing dull aluminium or black wheels. The new saddle and bar grips were waiting with the neighbours when I go home. These are the only bits that weren't on the original bike - the Nexus levers match the old ones that had to be replaced since the shifter was broken, although I would accept that it's a bit daft putting anything Brooks on a bike that cost £30.
