Just watch John Bishops awe-inspiring journey from Paris to London. That kind of thing always uplifts me, but affects me emotionally as well - that amazing kind of dedication and commitment.

Reminds me that it is always great to have a goal to work towards... and keep finding the motivation to get there. I live for that sense of satisfaction.
