It's that time again.

Talk about Health, Safety, Belt and Braces.

They took away the bike handle-grip we used to squeeze, ''You might catch something terrible from the previous donor." What the hell are they doing giving blood if they've got something terrible?

NOW we have the belt and braces. The cloth ''rod'' is to add extra pressure in case I spring a leak. I haven't leaked since I started in the early 1960s, why should I suddenly start now.

You can take the plaster off after 6 hrs.
Believe me if I'd started then it feels like a six hour job removing the damthing, I think it was stapled on. Mebbe next time I'll do one half removed.
