Is Blipping an addiction or an affliction?

I'm only 60 odd blips in and already this week I've had a butcher re-arranging his sausages so I could photograph them and now I'm enthusiastically photographing the inside of a restaurant wheelie bin that's been left open in an alleyway.

This isn't normal behaviour.
