Golf: a good walk... made so much better!

There are a few inalienable truths in life-

1. Brown sauce is superior to ketchup
2. High 5s will always be cool
3. There is nothing more boring than hearing about somebody's dreams
4. The hair of a baby smells divine
5. Golf is great

I've just played my first eleven holes of golf of the year. I was pretty rusty to start with and wasn't helped by my clothing- very ungolf-like with my jeans hanging below my arse.. but from holes four through to eleven I was one over par which was pretty good considering I missed an easy birdie putt on seven and played my 2nd shot out of a bush on ten! To the non-golfer this will be extremely tedious prattle but I had fun and scored well even if I played ugly at times :D

The photo is of my Dad putting from about 60ft away from the hole. He would tee off with the putter if he could! He wore a hat which was worn either as a fashion accessory or in attempt to put me off my game. Either way it didn't work!

I must, must play more golf this year. Must!
