The best failed night

Last night we planned in going out dancing to twist and shout. we were all keen on it and everything. up to 11ish when a friend texted me saying that apparently the twist and shout night wasn't on. anna put on a mourned face for a while and we were unsure about what to do and the cars were passing by and the incense was burning so we danced the room and then we played games involving mafia and lots of violence but also doctors and detectives. and then we passed cards in circle sucking them from the others' mouths and we made a giant snake that lost its skin. fun night after all!
I've got a job interview in 3 hours, hopefully signing contracts and stuff. the sun is shining and i listen to tom waits' table top joe and want to listen to it forever sitting on my big brown soft sofa. but i gotta go play tennis. hey, have fun people!
