I have to confess, I have spent a few quid in the last few days on some new equipment. This shot is one of my first experiments with a new macro lens - the Canon EF 100 f/2.8L. But an even more extravagent purchase will be used for the first time tomorrow, when its (I can't say "her," even though I am already in love) battery has charged...

Not much blipping time today. I am going to see Sale v Saracens.
