Happiness is a puddle

Fridays are taken up by some morning volunteering and the Tiddly in playschool. This afternoon's plan was to meet with friends and visit the City Farm with a picnic lunch. The girls had a lovely time despite some picnic-pinching hens. The sun shone and it was actually warm - spring it seems has sprung.

There was some playing in the park and an ice cream to help the day along. On the way home we were drawn into the cemetary which in places is parklike. It was good to walk in the warm and watch the squirrels and chat with a good friend.

Todays blip is a shot of 2 grubby little beauties very impressed with the puddle at the base of a standpipe. Oh to be so easily pleased!
